Greenhouses
We manufacture greenhouses and rain shelters from 13' wide to 30' wide and up to 95' long. All Kit Masters Greenhouses are easily expandable to accommodate future growth. Our greenhouses are great for hydroponics, carports, dry storage, cabins, pool enclosures, painting booths, etc. The 55% shade white poly film cover works great for a shop or emergency shelter. Included with a greenhouse kit are pre-drilled, precision formed, fully outfitted 1 1/2" O.D. steel tubing arch corners and straight pipes, Three to five rows of 1" steel tubing purlins. All purlings are pre- drilled and numbered for easy assembly. Each greenhouse kit comes with 1 3/8" o.d. steel pylons with rebar cross sections for anchoring your structure to the ground. Pipe clips, plastic film, Shade cloth if applicable also included. End wall trusses and vertical constructing instructions also available at Truss& Verticals page for end wall framing or dividing space. We manufacture pipe clips used for attaching plastic films, shade cloth, tarps, screen etc. to pipe structures. They are easy to use, just press them on. Our patent pending pipe clips have held up against 80 mph gusts of wind with no problem. See: Order Form for more information. Tools needed for assembly of greenhouse. 1. three 50- foot ropes for every thirty-foot length of greenhouse. For pulling the plastic film over the greenhouse structure. 2. An 8 to 12 foot step-ladder for installing top purlins and clipping plastic film to greenhouse structure. 3. #3 Phillips screw driver or power driver for screwing greenhouse structure together. 4. Small torpedo level for plumbing footings and greenhouse structure during assembly. 5. Drill with 7/32 bit as two holes will have to be drilled in each pylon during assembly in order to level the greenhouse. 6. Shovel, post hole digger, or jackhammer as you will need to install anchoring pylons to the ground with concrete in the ground for the 22' to 30' wide greenhouses.
