Pull plastic tight over the top and clip off both ends first then clip off both sides. One clip for every foot of pipe is recommended. To apply pipe clips simply pull plastic tight wrap around pipe and press on with the palm of your hand. To remove clip press off with two thumbs. Remember these clips are a hold fast product and are very difficult to remove once they have been pressed on.
